Role Overview

We are looking for a senior business development professional to build and scale our dating vertical from scratch. This is a greenfield role with strong ownership expectations — from defining partnerships and commercial strategy to driving revenue growth globally.

The position suits someone with hands-on affiliate or performance marketing experience, ideally from an advertiser, network or publisher environment, with exposure to dating or similar subscription-driven models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale the dating vertical globally

  • Develop partnerships with publishers, traffic partners and platforms

  • Identify profitable GEOs, traffic channels and growth opportunities

  • Own commercial negotiations, payouts and partnership strategy

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise performance and conversion funnels

  • Represent the company at global industry events and conferences

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape

  • Drive measurable revenue growth and long-term partner relationships

Requirements

  • Strong business development background in performance or affiliate marketing

  • Relevant experience with publishers or advertisers within subscription/lead-gen models
    preferred

  • Existing industry network is a strong advantage

  • High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently

  • Fluent English required; Russian is a strong advantage; additional languages beneficial

  • Ability and willingness to travel globally and attend industry events is essential

  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
